African flow
African Flow is a project promoted by the Missionaries of Nazareth that follows the “Flow” educational model. It is an educational complex where there is a nursery, primary, secondary and a residence for the religious community. The proposal has the will to build community through its spaces and its own construction, it is a project from Africa for Africa. It uses an ecological and industrialized construction system to create a sustainable and self-sufficient building. The use of sunlight, the recycling of rainwater and passive climate mechanisms make the project a building that has a relationship with its environment and that enhances natural aspects for its own benefit. The project is built by the people who make up the community, and who will later be its users, a fact that helps create a link with the space and between people, since self-construction is part of their education project.
