Build a unitary structure that unites development and citizen emotions. Resisting homogeneity, discovering the true spirit of a city of glory and dreams. The human civilization and urban space of Pidu created a mix of mountains and rivers. In this sense we must reconstruct and protect hydrology using it as a central element of the urban identity of Pning. The construction of eco-cities must include appropriate measures of urban density while preserving the structure of the water system and expanding the natural environment of the city. The solution proposed in this plan is based on following the original hydrological structure.
